Criminal Advice

We provide a new Criminal Advice service from the Chamber with the collaboration of lawyers with a distinguished professional career:

• Crimes: against property and the socio-economic order, injuries, offences against privacy and one’s personal image, traffic offences…

• Formal complaints: Drawing up complaints and collaborating with the Public Ministry and the various law courts so as to impose the highest penalty and the repairing of the damage to the victim.

• Action for libel: To pursue crimes against honour as a result of slander and defamation.
