Certificate of Energy Efficiency

The Chamber offers you the Energy Certificate Service.

The energy efficiency label has been compulsory since 1st June 2013 (circular) for all buildings and must be included in any offer, promotion, or advertising aimed at selling or renting said buildings or part thereof (housing, premises, offices…). It classifies each building with a colour code on a scale ranging from category “A” (green, the most efficient) to category “G” (red, the least efficient).

To process it you need the following:

• Copy of the ID card of the applicant

• Copy of the receipt for Property Tax (Impuesto de Bienes Inmeubles, IBI)

The cost depends on the surface area of the house or premises.

To this cost must be added the rate of 29.10 € of the Regional Government of Castilla y León.
