When a corporate or natural person causes damage to another either intentionally or simply as a result of the normal carrying out of its activities or owing to the public or private services that it provides, this gives rise to the responsibility of whoever has caused the damage which consists of the obligation of repair or of economic compensation so as to attempt to return matters to their situation prior to the occurrence of said damage.
